United Way Pacesetter Campaign Kick-off
Taking the 2010 Campaign by Storm!
Did you know last year, 28 Marion County companies/organizations step forward to lead the way, or "set the pace," with the United Way Pacesetter Campaign held in the summer? Last year, United Way was able to reach the $2 million dollars and 18 percent of that amount was raised before the official campaign kick-off due to the Pacesetter companies, early corporate gifts and special events.
Companies and organizations are invited to set the pace as a leading partner for the 2010 Community Campaign by being one of our Pacesetter campaigns during the month of July/August.
The Pacesetter Campaign Kick-off will take place at the Marion County Emergency Operations Center located on the property of the Marion County Sheriff's Complex at 8am on Tuesday, July 13. For more information on being a Pacesetter contact Tina Banner at 352-732-9696 or at tbanner@uwmc.org.
Following the kick-off will be an Employee Campaign Managers Training from 9-10am.
