Join us in what will be one of the most talked about trail races of the year.

New this year is the addition of a 5K race!

The Duathlon consists of a 3.1 mile run, 12 mile bike, and 3.1 mil run. All Duathlon participants will receive a t-shirt, swag bag, finishers medal and VIP post race celebration.  This race start at 8am.

5K Run:  This race takes place in beautiful Silver Springs State Park.  You will run past the headspring viewing deck, along side the paved path along the river and into some new area you may have never explored.

10k Trail Run: Will be the exact same loop as the 5K.  You will get to experience this picturesque route twice!

Both 5K &10k races start at 8:15am. Participants will receive a t-shirt, swag bag and awards for 3 deep in age groups.

Biking area:  Enjoy the biking trails at Silver Springs State Park that include pine forest and sandhill sections. You can use any bike you choose, just remember that it is a off road bike so a mountain bike or hybrid is recommended. Helmets are required.
