St. Paddy's Day 5K
Join United Way on Saturday, March 18 for the 7th annual St Paddy’s Day 5K Run/Walk in downtown Ocala to benefit the United Way of Marion County’s work in health and wellness. Hosted by Youth United Way, the organization’s high school program for juniors and seniors who are looking for ways to expand their leadership qualities while contributing to their community through volunteering, fundraising and advocating for issues important to the United Way.
The St. Paddy’s Day 5K Run/Walk will begin at 8:00am at the downtown Ocala's citizen Circle located at 151 SE Osceola Ave and goes through part of Ocala’s historic district south of Fort King Street.
Early Packet Pick-Up will be Friday, March 17 at the United Way of Marion County (1401 NE 2nd St, Ocala) from 9-6pm. Day of Race packet-pick up begin at 6:30am at Citizen Circle downtown (151 SE Osceola Ave).
BIG HAMMOCK RACE SERIES
This race is the 7th race in the Big Hammock Race Series and is the second race for the LUCKY CHARM CHALLENGE! Those BHRS participants who ran the Blueberry Horse Shoe 5K in February will receive their LUCKY CHARM CHALLENGE RACE medal after they complete the St. Paddy's Day 5K.
