United Way of Marion County will hold the 19th Annual Day of Caring on Saturday, February 25, 2012. Day of Caring offers businesses, individuals, organizations and civic clubs the opportunity to help local nonprofit human service agencies accomplish much-needed projects during one day of organized volunteerism.

Volunteer work teams who are interested in participating or community organizations that have projects that need to be completed can fill out an application. The deadline for team and project applications is Friday, December 30, 2011.
