I come to United Way of Marion County after earning my doctorate in Human Performance at Middle Tennessee State University and teaching at the collegiate level for nearly a decade. During my tenure in higher education, I focused my efforts on assisting individuals, families, and communities in achieving an enhanced quality of life through community-based initiatives. Within my community partnerships, I contributed my expertise in research and program planning, management, and evaluation to improve the capacity of community organizations serving diverse audiences. As the Vice President of Community Impact, I am enthusiastic about working with Marion County organizations to measure the true and meaningful impact of their endeavors.
