Natalie McComb, CFRE serves as President & CEO of United Way of Marion County, where she leads the organization's mission to mobilize the community so all can thrive. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with more than 19 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Natalie has built a career centered on philanthropy, strategic partnerships, volunteer engagement, and community impact.
Natalie returns to United Way of Marion County after previously serving as Campaign Director and later Vice President of Resource Development from 2016 to 2019. During that time, she helped strengthen workplace giving campaigns, deepen donor relationships, and expand community partnerships that advanced the organization's mission.
Before returning to United Way, Natalie served in executive leadership at the Reilly Arts Center and Ocala Symphony Orchestra, where she led fundraising, community engagement, and organizational growth initiatives. Her professional experience also includes advancement and development leadership in higher education and healthcare giving her a broad perspective on building meaningful relationships that create lasting impact.
Natalie is passionate about bringing together businesses, nonprofits, volunteers, and community leaders to address local challenges and create opportunities for every family. She and her husband, John have lived in Ocala for more than decade with their two children who attend Marion County Public Schools. Away from the office, Natalie enjoys traveling, reading, staying active outdoors, and supporting the arts through live music and theater.
Natalie earned her degree from the University of Florida and achieved the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential in 2024. She is honored to lead United Way of Marion County into its next chapter, building on the organization's 65 year history of improving lives through collaboration, innovation, and service.
