In 2016, Niki became the Development Director at Kimberly’s Center for Child Protection, beloved nonprofit serving children in Marion County impacted by abuse and neglect. During her tenure, Niki raised over one million dollars by fostering relationships of trust, forging strategic partnerships, and helping donors leverage their charitable giving to make a meaningful, measurable impact in their community.

As Development Director, Niki formed an extensive network of relationships in the community. She is an expert at helping people overcome apprehension and gain the insight and clarity needed to make significant financial decisions so they can align their lives with their deepest values and highest commitments.

Niki is known in the community for her positive energy and tenacious work ethic and has earned a reputation for professionalism and integrity. She views work and everyday life as an opportunity to serve and care for others. She believes we are all here to serve.
